Nothing. ThumbCraft collects zero personal information, usage data, or analytics.

Where Data Lives

• Your Browser Only. All thumbnails, text, images, and editing history are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB.
• No Server Storage. Your data never touches our servers or any third-party services.

Data Retention

• User-Controlled. You can clear your history at any time from the editor.
• Limited Storage. History is automatically limited to your last 50 exports to prevent browser storage bloat.

Third-Party Services

No External Dependencies

• ThumbCraft does NOT use any third-party APIs, analytics, tracking pixels, or external services for core functionality.
• No cookies are set (except essential browser functionality).
• No user data is ever transmitted to external servers.

AI Features

ThumbCraft includes optional AI-powered features that enhance your creative process:

AI Title Suggestions

• What it does: Suggests catchy titles based on your thumbnail description
• Data sent: Your text prompt/description only
• Routing: All AI requests go through Vercel AI Gateway (not directly to AI providers)
• Provider: OpenAI (via Vercel AI Gateway)
• Optional: You can always enter titles manually without using this feature

AI Color Palette Generation

• What it does: Generates color palettes based on your description or mood
• Data sent: Your color mood/theme description only
• Routing: All AI requests go through Vercel AI Gateway (not directly to AI providers)
• Provider: OpenAI (via Vercel AI Gateway)
• Optional: You can always choose colors manually without using this feature

Important Notes

• AI features are completely optional and not required for core thumbnail creation
• Only the specific text prompts you provide are sent to AI services
• No images, personal information, or browsing data are sent to AI services
• All AI requests are routed through Vercel AI Gateway for security and rate limiting
• Your thumbnail designs and creative work remain in your browser

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Export: Download your thumbnails as PNG files
• Delete: Clear your history from the editor
• Control: All data stays in your browser unless you explicitly export

Children's Privacy

ThumbCraft is safe for all ages. We do not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
